SKubus: Posted an update to the Waiver Acquisition post... If you drop a $1 player, it won't add $1 to your budget automatically. Therefore, if you go to bid on a player, you won't have $1 to bid. SO, in this case ONLY is it acceptable to bid $0 on a free agent.

SKubus: That is, if you're at the cap limit, drop a $1 player and pick another up at the same time, that's the only time it's OK to bid $0 on a free agent since it still technically acts like a $1 pickup. Thanks guys
